MediTech Personnel Solutions Ltd is pleased to submit this Quotation Estimate for the recruitment, deployment, and ongoing management of qualified Laboratory Technician personnel to support the Pathology and Microbiology departments at Lagos State University Teaching Hospital. This Quotation Estimate has been prepared specifically for operations within Nigeria Lagos, taking into account the local regulatory environment, prevailing wage structures, and the specific operational demands of the healthcare sector in the Lagos metropolitan area.
The scope of this engagement covers the provision of a minimum of four (4) fully certified Laboratory Technician professionals who will perform routine and specialized diagnostic laboratory procedures, including but not limited to haematology, clinical chemistry, microbiology, parasitology, and serological testing. Each Laboratory Technician assigned under this Quotation Estimate shall hold a minimum of an OND/HND in Medical Laboratory Science from a recognized institution in Nigeria Lagos or elsewhere in Nigeria, and shall be registered with the Medical Laboratory Science Council of Nigeria (MLSCN).

- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Upon expiry, all rates and terms are subject to revision based on prevailing economic conditions in Nigeria Lagos.
- Payment terms: 40% advance payment upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate; 30% upon successful deployment of all Laboratory Technician personnel; 30% upon completion of the first quarter of service delivery.
- All Laboratory Technician personnel engaged under this arrangement shall be subject to the Labour Act of Nigeria and the specific employment regulations applicable in Nigeria Lagos, including the Lagos State Minimum Wage Law.
- MediTech Personnel Solutions Ltd shall bear full responsibility for the professional conduct, performance, and regulatory compliance of each Laboratory Technician assigned to the client facility.
- The client reserves the right to request the replacement of any Laboratory Technician who fails to meet performance benchmarks, with no additional recruitment fee, provided written notice of fourteen (14) days is given.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until a formal Service Level Agreement (SLA) is executed by both parties.
- All data and patient information handled by the Laboratory Technician personnel shall be treated in strict confidence in accordance with the Nigeria Data Protection Regulation (NDPR) 2019.
- Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through arbitration in Nigeria Lagos in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, Cap A18, LFN 2004.
