The Laboratory Technician identified under this Quotation Estimate must meet the following minimum criteria:

1. This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, rates may be revised to reflect current market conditions in Qatar Doha.
2. The recruitment and placement fee (Item 1) is payable within seven (7) business days of the client's written acceptance of this Quotation Estimate.
3. Monthly salary and recurring costs shall be invoiced on the first business day of each month and are due within fifteen (15) days of invoice receipt.
4. The Laboratory Technician shall be employed under a fixed-term contract of two (2) years, renewable by mutual agreement, in accordance with Qatar Doha labour regulations.
5. MediStaff International Recruitment LLC shall guarantee the placement of a Laboratory Technician meeting all stated qualifications within forty-five (45) calendar days of contract execution. Failure to do so will result in a full refund of the recruitment fee.
6. The client reserves the right to terminate the Laboratory Technician's employment in accordance with the Qatar Labour Law. In such cases, MediStaff shall facilitate the transition and, upon request, source a replacement Laboratory Technician at a reduced placement fee of QAR 9,250.00.
7. All personal data processed under this engagement shall comply with the Qatar Personal Data Protection Law (Law No. 13 of 2016).
8. This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding employment contract between the client and the Laboratory Technician. A separate employment contract, compliant with Qatar Doha statutory requirements, shall be executed upon successful placement.
9. Any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through amicable negotiation, failing which they shall be referred to the competent courts in Doha, Qatar.
