The Laboratory Technician will be responsible for performing routine clinical laboratory analyses including hematology, biochemistry, microbiology, and urinalysis; operating and maintaining laboratory instrumentation; ensuring compliance with Saudi Food and Drug Authority (SFDA) regulations; preparing and documenting patient samples; and supporting senior laboratory staff in quality assurance protocols. The candidate will hold a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory Technology or an equivalent qualification, possess at least three (3) years of post-qualification experience in a hospital or diagnostic laboratory setting, and hold a valid Saudi Council of Health Specialties (SCFHS) license or be eligible for licensure.

Payment for this Quotation Estimate shall be structured as follows: 40% (SAR 129,582.00) due upon signed acceptance of this quotation; 35% (SAR 113,384.25) due upon successful visa issuance and arrival of the Laboratory Technician in Saudi Arabia Jeddah; and the remaining 25% (SAR 80,988.75) due upon completion of the first 90-day probationary period. All payments shall be made via bank transfer to the account of MedTech Professional Staffing Solutions, Al Rajhi Bank, Jeddah Branch. Monthly salary disbursements for the Laboratory Technician shall be processed directly by the client employer in accordance with Saudi labor law.

1. This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Any request for renewal beyond this period will be subject to re-evaluation of prevailing market rates in Saudi Arabia Jeddah.
2. All costs are quoted in Saudi Riyals (SAR) and are inclusive of applicable government fees as of the date of this quotation. Any changes in government levies or regulatory charges by the Saudi authorities shall be communicated in writing and may result in a revised estimate.
3. The Laboratory Technician shall be bound by a minimum 24-month employment contract with the client. In the event of early termination by the client without cause within the first 12 months, 50% of the remaining contract value shall be due to MedTech Professional Staffing Solutions.
4. MedTech Professional Staffing Solutions shall provide a replacement Laboratory Technician at no additional cost if the placed candidate fails to meet the agreed-upon performance standards during the 90-day probationary period.
5. All personal data collected during the recruitment process shall be handled in strict compliance with the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL) and applicable data privacy regulations in Saudi Arabia Jeddah.
6. This quotation does not include any costs related to the client's internal laboratory equipment, reagents, or consumables required for the Laboratory Technician's daily operations.
7. Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through amicable negotiation, failing which they shall be referred to the competent courts in Jeddah, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
