4.1 Validity: This Quotation Estimate shall remain valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, all rates and conditions are subject to revision based on prevailing market conditions in Senegal Dakar.
4.2 Payment Terms: A non-refundable mobilization fee of 20% of the total Quotation Estimate value is due upon acceptance. The remaining balance shall be invoiced monthly in arrears, payable within fifteen (15) business days of invoice receipt. All payments shall be made in XOF (West African CFA Franc) via bank transfer to the designated account in Dakar, Senegal.
4.3 Contract Duration: The engagement of the Laboratory Technician under this Quotation Estimate is for an initial period of twelve (12) months, renewable by mutual written agreement for successive twelve-month periods.
4.4 Termination: Either party may terminate the engagement with a written notice of sixty (60) days. In the event of early termination by the client, a pro-rata portion of the remaining contractual value as specified in this Quotation Estimate shall be due.
