This Quotation Estimate is issued by Meridian Talent Solutions Pte. Ltd. to provide a comprehensive and itemised cost breakdown for the recruitment, onboarding, and placement of a qualified Laboratory Technician for BioAnalytical Research Centre Pte. Ltd. The role is to be based at the client's primary facility located in Singapore Singapore, and the candidate will be engaged on a full-time, permanent contract subject to the terms outlined herein.
This Quotation Estimate covers all professional services rendered by our firm in sourcing, screening, interviewing, and facilitating the successful placement of the Laboratory Technician candidate. All fees are inclusive of Goods and Services Tax (GST) at the prevailing rate of 9% as applicable in Singapore Singapore.
Meridian Talent Solutions Pte. Ltd. shall provide the following services in connection with the recruitment of the Laboratory Technician position:
- Job profile development and market benchmarking for the Laboratory Technician role within the Singapore Singapore biotechnology and pharmaceutical sector.
- Active and passive candidate sourcing through professional networks, university career centres (NUS, NTU, SUTD), and industry-specific job portals.
- Initial screening of candidates based on academic qualifications (minimum Diploma in Laboratory Technology, Biomedical Science, or related field), technical competencies, and relevant hands-on experience.
- Conducting structured technical interviews and practical assessments specific to Laboratory Technician duties including sample preparation, instrument operation (HPLC, GC, spectrophotometry), quality control procedures, and laboratory safety compliance.
- Reference verification and background checks in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) of Singapore Singapore.
- Facilitation of final interviews between the shortlisted Laboratory Technician candidates and the client's hiring panel.
- Assistance with offer letter preparation, contract negotiation, and onboarding coordination.
- Post-placement support and performance check-in at 30, 60, and 90 days following the Laboratory Technician's commencement date.

- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, all rates and terms are subject to revision without prior notice.
- Payment terms: 50% of the total amount shall be due upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, and the remaining 50% shall be payable within fourteen (14) days of the successful commencement of the Laboratory Technician in the role.
- All services shall be performed in compliance with the Employment Act, Work Pass regulations, and relevant labour laws of Singapore Singapore.
- The Laboratory Technician candidate must meet the minimum qualification requirements as agreed upon in the job profile. Should the client wish to modify the role specifications after this Quotation Estimate is accepted, a revised Quotation Estimate may be issued.
- Meridian Talent Solutions Pte. Ltd. shall not be liable for the performance, conduct, or retention of the Laboratory Technician beyond the 90-day post-placement support period.
- A replacement guarantee of ninety (90) days is provided. Should the Laboratory Technician resign or be terminated for cause within this period, a replacement candidate will be sourced at no additional recruitment fee.
- All personal data collected during the recruitment process shall be handled in strict accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 of Singapore Singapore.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until formally accepted in writing by both parties via the signature block below.
- Any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through mediation or arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC).
By signing below, both parties acknowledge and agree to the terms, conditions, and cost structure set forth in this Quotation Estimate for the recruitment and placement of a Laboratory Technician in Singapore Singapore.
