- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, all pricing for the Laboratory Technician placement in South Korea Seoul is subject to revision based on prevailing labor market conditions.
- All monetary values in this Quotation Estimate are denominated in Korean Won (KRW) unless otherwise stated. The USD conversion is provided for reference only and does not constitute a fixed exchange rate commitment.
- The Laboratory Technician candidate must hold a minimum of a two-year associate degree (or equivalent) in Laboratory Science, Biotechnology, or a closely related field from an accredited institution in South Korea or internationally recognized by the Korean Ministry of Education.
- Payment terms: 30% of the total Quotation Estimate amount is due upon acceptance of this document; 40% is due upon successful completion of the onboarding program; and the remaining 30% is payable in equal monthly installments over the first-year employment period of the Laboratory Technician.
- This Quotation Estimate does not include costs for specialized laboratory equipment procurement, facility renovation, or any capital expenditure. These items must be addressed in a separate agreement.
- All employment terms for the Laboratory Technician shall be governed by the Korean Labor Standards Act, the Occupational Safety and Health Act, and applicable local ordinances of Seoul Metropolitan Government.
- Either party may terminate the engagement described in this Quotation Estimate with a written notice of sixty (60) days. In the event of early termination, pro-rated costs for the Laboratory Technician's remaining contract period shall be settled accordingly.
- This Quotation Estimate is confidential and intended solely for the use of BioGenome Research Institute Co., Ltd. It may not be reproduced or distributed to third parties without prior written consent.
