- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, all rates and conditions are subject to revision.
- The Laboratory Technician shall be employed under the Spanish Workers' Statute (Estatuto de los Trabajadores) and the applicable collective agreement for laboratory and scientific personnel in the Valencian Community.
- All services are to be rendered at the client's premises in Spain Valencia, specifically at the Paterna campus address listed above. Any relocation of the work site requires a written amendment to this Quotation Estimate.
- Payment terms: 50% upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate and signing of the service agreement; the remaining 50% to be settled in monthly instalments aligned with the payroll cycle, due on the 5th business day of each month.
- MediTech Staffing Solutions S.L. shall bear full responsibility for the correct calculation and remittance of all social security contributions, IRPF withholdings, and Valencian regional tax obligations related to the Laboratory Technician's employment.
- In the event of early termination of the Laboratory Technician's contract by the client, a non-refundable recruitment fee of €2,400.00 (Ref 01) and a pro-rata portion of the onboarding fee (Ref 02) shall remain due.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding employment contract between the client and the Laboratory Technician. The employment relationship is governed by a separate written contract issued in accordance with Spanish labour law.
- All disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the courts of Valencia, Spain, in accordance with the applicable provisions of the Spanish Civil Procedure Law (Ley de Enjuiciamiento Civil).
- The client acknowledges that the Laboratory Technician will have access to sensitive biological and chemical materials. The client warrants that all necessary safety infrastructure, ventilation systems, and emergency protocols are in place and compliant with current Spanish and EU regulations.
By signing below, both parties confirm that this Quotation Estimate for the Laboratory Technician position in Spain Valencia has been reviewed, understood, and accepted in its entirety. This document, once countersigned, shall serve as the commercial basis for the subsequent service agreement.
