2. Purpose and Scope of This Quotation Estimate

This Quotation Estimate is issued by Helvetia Scientific Staffing AG to provide a comprehensive and itemised financial projection for the recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing provision of a qualified Laboratory Technician to the Central Laboratory Division of Novartis Pharma AG, located in Switzerland Zurich. 4. Role Specification – Laboratory Technician

The Laboratory Technician engaged under this Quotation Estimate shall perform the following duties within the Switzerland Zurich laboratory premises: preparation and execution of analytical assays (HPLC, GC-MS, UV-Vis spectroscopy); maintenance and calibration of laboratory instrumentation; documentation of experimental results in compliance with Swissmedic and EU GMP regulations; management of chemical inventory and hazardous material handling per Swiss chemical legislation (ChemV); and support of senior scientists in quality control and quality assurance protocols. The Laboratory Technician must hold a minimum of a Federal Vocational Baccalaureate (EFZ) in Laboratory Technology or an equivalent qualification recognised by the Swiss Federal Office for Education, Research and Innovation (ERFA).

5. Terms and Conditions of This Quotation Estimate

This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, all rates are subject to revision based on prevailing Switzerland Zurich labour market conditions.
Payment terms: 50% of the total amount is due upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate; the remaining 50% is payable in equal monthly instalments over the twelve-month service period, due on the 5th business day of each month via bank transfer to the account specified by Helvetia Scientific Staffing AG.
All employment terms for the Laboratory Technician shall comply with the Swiss Code of Obligations (OR), the Federal Act on the Free Movement of Persons, and the applicable collective labour agreement for the canton of Zurich.
Early termination of the Laboratory Technician contract prior to the twelve-month term requires a written notice period of sixty (60) days, as stipulated under Swiss employment law (Art. 335c CO).
This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding employment contract. The definitive employment agreement for the Laboratory Technician shall be executed separately between the client and the candidate, with Helvetia Scientific Staffing AG acting as the administrative intermediary.
Any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the canton of Zurich, Switzerland.
All personal data processed in connection with this engagement shall be handled in strict accordance with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP / nDSG).

6. Acceptance and Authorisation

By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate and agrees to the terms, conditions, and financial projections outlined herein for the provision of a Laboratory Technician in Switzerland Zurich.
