• Preparing reagents, buffers, and culture media; ensuring proper storage and disposal of hazardous laboratory materials per Turkish Ministry of Health regulations.
• Recording, verifying, and reporting test results using the laboratory information management system (LIMS) with full traceability.
• Participating in internal and external quality assurance programs, including proficiency testing coordinated by the Turkish Society of Clinical Biochemistry.
• Assisting senior laboratory staff with research projects, method validation, and standard operating procedure (SOP) development.
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and compliant laboratory environment in the Turkey Ankara facility, adhering to all occupational health and safety protocols.
• Providing on-call support during peak periods and emergency sample processing as required by the client.

The following Quotation Estimate outlines all costs associated with the recruitment, placement, and ongoing provision of the Laboratory Technician in Turkey Ankara. All amounts are stated in Turkish Lira (TRY) and are inclusive of applicable Value Added Tax (VAT) at the current rate of 20%.

• 25% advance payment upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate and signing of the service agreement.
• Remaining 75% shall be invoiced monthly in arrears, due within 15 business days of invoice date.

• The Laboratory Technician shall hold a minimum of a two-year associate degree in Medical Laboratory Technology from an institution accredited by the Turkish Council of Higher Education (YÖK).
• The Laboratory Technician must possess a valid Turkish work permit or be a Turkish citizen. All immigration and work authorization costs are included in this estimate.
• Either party may terminate the contract with 30 days' written notice. In the event of early termination, a pro-rata adjustment shall be applied to the Quotation Estimate total.
• All work performed by the Laboratory Technician shall comply with the Turkish Law on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK) and the Turkish Medical Law (Tababet ve Şu'baları Kanunu No. 1219).
• Confidentiality: The Laboratory Technician shall sign a non-disclosure agreement covering all patient data, proprietary methods, and business information of the client.
• This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until both parties execute the formal Service Level Agreement (SLA) document.
• Disputes arising from this estimate shall be resolved by the competent courts and arbitration centers in Turkey Ankara.
