The scope of work encompasses the full lifecycle of the recruitment process, from candidate sourcing through to the successful integration of the Laboratory Technician into the client's operational team in the Istanbul metropolitan area.

The Laboratory Technician will be responsible for performing routine and specialized diagnostic tests, maintaining laboratory equipment, ensuring compliance with Turkish Ministry of Health regulations, managing sample intake and processing, and supporting senior laboratory scientists in research and quality assurance activities. The role requires a minimum of three (3) years of hands-on experience in clinical or research laboratory environments, a degree in Medical Laboratory Technology or a related field from an accredited institution in Turkey or an internationally recognized university, and proficiency in both Turkish and English.

All recruitment activities will be conducted in accordance with the labor laws of the Republic of Turkey, specifically the Labor Law No. 4857, and the candidate will be placed in a permanent full-time position within the Turkey Istanbul jurisdiction. The Laboratory Technician will be subject to the standard 45-hour work week as mandated by Turkish labor legislation, with applicable overtime compensation as required.

• This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Any acceptance beyond the validity period will require a revised quotation reflecting current market rates in Turkey Istanbul.
• All prices are quoted in Turkish Lira (TRY) and are inclusive of applicable local taxes unless otherwise stated. The 20% Value Added Tax (KDV) is calculated in accordance with Turkish tax regulations.
• Payment terms: 40% advance payment upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, 40% upon successful placement of the Laboratory Technician, and 20% upon completion of the 90-day support period.
• The Laboratory Technician shall be employed directly by the client under a standard Turkish employment contract. Our firm acts solely as the recruitment and placement intermediary.
• Confidentiality: All candidate data and client information exchanged during the recruitment of the Laboratory Technician shall be treated as strictly confidential in compliance with Turkey's Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK – Law No. 6698).
• Any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the courts in Istanbul, Turkey.
• This quotation does not constitute a binding contract until a formal service agreement is executed by both parties.
