1. Purpose of This Quotation Estimate
This Quotation Estimate is issued by MediStaff Professional Solutions LLC to formally present the comprehensive cost breakdown for the recruitment, screening, visa processing, and onboarding of a qualified Laboratory Technician for the client's facility located in United Arab Emirates Dubai. This document serves as a binding financial proposal and outlines all professional services, statutory fees, and ancillary charges associated with securing a competent Laboratory Technician who meets the regulatory standards set by the Dubai Health Authority (DHA) and the Ministry of Health and Prevention (MOHAP).
2. Scope of Services
The following services are included within this Quotation Estimate for the recruitment and placement of the Laboratory Technician in United Arab Emirates Dubai:

4. Terms & Conditions
4.1 This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Any acceptance beyond this period is subject to re-evaluation of fees, particularly for visa and airfare components which are subject to market fluctuation in United Arab Emirates Dubai.
4.2 Payment terms: 50% (AED 14,437.50) due upon signed acceptance of this Quotation Estimate; the remaining 50% (AED 14,437.50) due upon successful issuance of the Laboratory Technician's DHA professional license and UAE work visa.
4.3 All government fees, DHA examination charges, and visa processing costs are itemized transparently. Any additional government levies imposed by UAE authorities after the date of this Quotation Estimate shall be borne by the client at actual cost.
4.4 The recruited Laboratory Technician shall be employed directly by the client under a standard UAE labor contract. MediStaff Professional Solutions LLC acts solely as a recruitment and licensing facilitator and assumes no employer liability.
4.5 This Quotation Estimate is governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and any disputes shall be resolved through the competent courts in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
4.6 The client acknowledges that the Laboratory Technician must hold a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory Technology, Clinical Laboratory Science, or a directly related field, and must possess a valid DHA or MOHAP professional license to practice in United Arab Emirates Dubai.
5. Acceptance & Authorization
By signing below, the client confirms acceptance of this Quotation Estimate and authorizes MediStaff Professional Solutions LLC to commence all recruitment, licensing, and visa processing activities for the Laboratory Technician position in United Arab Emirates Dubai.
