2. Payment terms: 40% advance payment upon signed acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, 40% upon successful onboarding and first month of service by the Laboratory Technician, and 20% upon completion of the first full quarter of employment.
3. All payments shall be made in Uzbek Som (UZS) via bank transfer to the account designated in the attached payment schedule. International wire transfers are accepted with a 3% surcharge for currency conversion.
4. The Laboratory Technician shall be employed under a standard labor contract governed by the Labor Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan. The client retains direct supervisory authority over the Laboratory Technician on a day-to-day basis.
5. Our agency's liability is limited to the recruitment and onboarding services described herein. Post-placement performance management, disciplinary actions, and termination decisions rest solely with the client institution in Uzbekistan Tashkent.
6. In the event the Laboratory Technician resigns or is terminated within the first ninety (90) days, our agency shall provide a replacement candidate at no additional recruitment fee, subject to the terms of this Quotation Estimate.
7. This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a guarantee of employment. Final hiring decisions remain at the discretion of the client after the interview and assessment process.
