• Full legal representation in a commercial contract dispute before the Kabul Commercial Court, including preparation of pleadings, evidence submission, and oral advocacy.
• Review, drafting, and negotiation of a revised supply agreement between the Client and the counterparty, ensuring compliance with the Afghan Commercial Code and applicable civil law provisions.
• Regulatory compliance advisory regarding import licensing and customs documentation as administered by the Ministry of Commerce and Industry in Kabul.
• Preparation of a formal legal opinion letter addressing liability allocation under the disputed contract.

• This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Upon expiry, the Lawyer reserves the right to revise all fees to reflect current market rates in Afghanistan Kabul.
• The engagement is governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan, and any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kabul.
