- An initial retainer payment of 30% of the total estimated amount (198,000.00 DZD) shall be due upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate and execution of the engagement letter.
- A second installment of 40% (264,000.00 DZD) shall be due upon the filing of the Statement of Claim with the Tribunal de Commerce d'Alger.
- The remaining 30% (198,000.00 DZD) shall be due within fifteen (15) calendar days following the delivery of the final court judgment or the completion of the enforcement proceedings, whichever occurs first.
- All payments shall be made by bank transfer to the firm's designated account at BNA (Banque Nationale d'Algérie), Algiers branch, or by certified check payable to Me. Karim Benali. Cash payments exceeding 100,000 DZD are not accepted in accordance with Algerian financial regulations.
- Court fees, stamp duties, and Huissier de Justice charges (Items E, F, and G) shall be paid directly by the Client to the respective authorities or reimbursed to the Lawyer upon presentation of official receipts.
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, the fees and terms may be subject to revision based on changes in applicable court tariffs or the Lawyer's professional fee schedule as regulated by the Barreau d'Alger.
- The Lawyer shall act with the utmost professional diligence, confidentiality, and loyalty to the Client in accordance with the Algerian Code of Professional Ethics for Advocates (Code de déontologie des avocats).
- The Client agrees to provide all relevant documents, evidence, and information promptly and truthfully. Failure to do so may delay proceedings and is not the responsibility of the Lawyer.
- The Lawyer reserves the right to withdraw from the engagement with thirty (30) days' written notice, subject to the provisions of the Algerian Code of Civil Procedure regarding the protection of the Client's interests during the transition period.
- All disputes arising from the interpretation or execution of this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved by the competent courts of Algiers, Algeria, or by arbitration before the Algerian Arbitration Center (Centre Algérien d'Arbitrage) at the Client's election.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a guarantee of any specific outcome in the legal proceedings. The Lawyer shall provide professional legal advice and representation to the best of his ability, but the final decision rests solely with the judicial authority.
- The engagement is governed by the laws of the Algerian Democratic and People's Republic, and this document is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Algiers, Algeria.
By signing below, the Client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate, confirms understanding of the scope of services, the fee structure, and the terms and conditions set forth herein, and authorizes the Lawyer to proceed with the engagement as described.
