The Lawyer assigned to this matter, Me. Catherine Bouchard, along with a supporting legal team, will provide the following services in Canada Montreal:

• Initial consultation and comprehensive review of all contractual documents, correspondence, and evidence related to the dispute;
• Preparation and filing of a Statement of Claim (Plaidoyer) before the Superior Court of Québec, Canada Montreal judicial district;
• Drafting and service of all necessary pleadings, motions, and interlocutory applications;
• Conducting pre-trial discovery, including examinations for discovery and production of documents;
• Participation in at least two (2) mediation sessions facilitated by the Québec Court Services in Canada Montreal;
• Preparation of the case for trial, including witness preparation, exhibit lists, and trial memoranda;
• Representation at trial before a judge of the Superior Court of Québec, estimated at three (3) full court days;
• Post-judgment enforcement proceedings if necessary, including writs of seizure and sale;
• General legal advice and correspondence throughout the duration of the matter.

Payment is due within thirty (30) days of the invoice date. The Lawyer and firm reserve the right to suspend work if the retainer balance falls below $2,500.00 and is not replenished within fourteen (14) days of written notice.

Acceptance of this Quotation Estimate constitutes the client's agreement to the terms, conditions, and fee structure outlined herein. This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a guarantee of outcome and the Lawyer makes no representation as to the result of the litigation.

1. This Quotation Estimate is prepared exclusively for the named client and may not be transferred or assigned without the prior written consent of Bouchard & Tremblay LLP.
2. The Lawyer shall maintain professional confidentiality in accordance with the rules of the Barreau du Québec and the Privacy Act applicable in Canada Montreal.
3. All communications between the Lawyer and the client are protected by solicitor-client privilege.
4. In the event of a conflict of interest arising, the Lawyer shall immediately notify the client and may withdraw from the matter in accordance with professional obligations.
5. This Quotation Estimate is governed by the laws of the Province of Québec and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes regarding this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved in the courts of Canada Montreal.
