• Representation of the client before the Juzgado Civil, Juzgado de Familia, or Tribunal de Juicio Oral en lo Penal, as applicable, within the Santiago judicial district.
• Negotiation and drafting of settlement agreements, contracts, and legal instruments in compliance with Chilean civil and commercial law.

The following Quotation Estimate details the professional fees for the Lawyer services to be rendered in Santiago, Chile. All amounts are expressed in Chilean Pesos (CLP) and are subject to the applicable 19% IVA (Impuesto al Valor Agregado) as mandated by the Servicio de Impuestos Internos de Chile.
