The following Quotation Estimate details the comprehensive legal services that the undersigned Lawyer, registered with the Alexandria Bar Association, shall provide to the Client. The Client agrees to the following payment structure for the legal services outlined in this Quotation Estimate. All payments shall be made via bank transfer to the firm's designated account at the National Bank of Egypt, Alexandria Branch, or by certified cheque payable to Al-Nile & Partners Legal Counsel.

1. This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, the Lawyer reserves the right to revise the fees based on current Alexandria legal market rates and applicable Egyptian regulatory changes.
2. The undersigned Lawyer shall maintain professional confidentiality in accordance with the Egyptian Lawyers' Code of Ethics and the provisions of the Alexandria Bar Association's disciplinary regulations. All client information shall be treated as strictly privileged.
3. The estimated hours provided in this Quotation Estimate are good-faith projections. Should the actual hours deviate by more than twenty percent (20%) from the estimates, the Lawyer shall notify the Client in writing and provide a revised Quotation Estimate for the remaining scope of work.
4. All legal proceedings referenced herein shall be conducted before the competent courts and judicial bodies located in Alexandria, Egypt. Should the matter require referral to the Court of Appeal in Alexandria or the Court of Cassation in Cairo, additional fees shall be quoted separately.
5. The Client acknowledges that the Lawyer's engagement is limited to the scope described in this document. Any additional legal matters, including but not limited to criminal proceedings, tax advisory, or real estate transactions in Alexandria, shall require a separate Quotation Estimate and engagement agreement.
6. In the event of a dispute regarding the fees or services rendered, both parties agree to submit to mediation before the Alexandria Bar Association's dispute resolution committee before initiating any formal legal action.
7. This Quotation Estimate does not guarantee any specific outcome in the legal proceedings. The Lawyer shall exercise the highest degree of professional diligence and competence in accordance with Egyptian legal standards.
8. All documents prepared by the Lawyer shall be delivered in both Arabic and English, as required by the Client, with the Arabic version prevailing in any legal proceedings before Egyptian courts in Alexandria.
9. The Client shall provide all necessary documents, information, and access to relevant parties in a timely manner. Delays caused by the Client's failure to cooperate shall not be attributed to the Lawyer and may result in additional billing.

By signing below, the Client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate for legal services in Alexandria, Egypt, and agrees to the terms, conditions, and fee structure outlined herein. The undersigned Lawyer confirms that the services described shall be performed with the utmost professional integrity in accordance with Egyptian law and the ethical standards of the Alexandria Bar Association.
