- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Upon expiration, the Lawyer and firm reserve the right to revise fees based on current market conditions in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia.
- Payment terms: 40% advance payment upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, 30% upon completion of the first phase of legal work, and the remaining 30% upon final delivery of all legal services and documentation.
- All fees are quoted in Ethiopian Birr (ETB). In the event of significant currency fluctuation, the firm reserves the right to adjust rates with prior written notice to the client.
- The Lawyer and Ababa Legal Counsel PLC shall maintain strict confidentiality regarding all client information in accordance with the Ethiopian Lawyers' Code of Conduct and professional ethics standards.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract. A separate Legal Services Agreement must be executed by both parties before any work commences.
- All legal opinions and representations provided by our Lawyers are based on the laws of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia as currently in force. The firm does not guarantee specific court outcomes, as judicial decisions in Addis Ababa courts remain at the discretion of the presiding judge.
- Any additional legal services beyond the scope outlined in this Quotation Estimate shall be subject to a separate written amendment and additional fee quotation.
- Disputes arising from this engagement shall be resolved through mediation in Addis Ababa, and failing that, through the competent courts of Addis Ababa City Administration.
- This Quotation Estimate is prepared in accordance with the Ethiopian Commercial Code and the regulations governing legal practice in Ethiopia as administered by the Federal Bar Association.
