This Quotation Estimate is issued by the undersigned Lawyer, Me. Laurent Delacroix, a registered attorney at the Barreau de Marseille, to provide a comprehensive and transparent breakdown of the anticipated professional fees and costs associated with the legal representation and advisory services to be rendered to the above-named client. The Lawyer agrees to provide the following services as part of this engagement:

The following Quotation Estimate details the anticipated fees. All amounts are expressed in Euros (EUR) and are exclusive of applicable French Value Added Tax (TVA) at the rate of 20%, unless otherwise stated.

In accordance with the standard practice of the Barreau de Marseille, the Lawyer requires an initial retainer fee (provision sur honoraires) of 30% of the total estimated amount, equivalent to €4,665.60 TTC, to be deposited into the firm's dedicated client account within fifteen (15) calendar days of acceptance of this Quotation Estimate. The remaining balance shall be invoiced in monthly installments based on actual hours worked, with a final settlement invoice issued upon conclusion of the matter. All payments shall be made by bank transfer to the account details provided in the accompanying invoice.
This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of sixty (60) days from the date of issue, i.e., until 13 August 2025. The fees outlined herein are estimates based on the current scope of work and the anticipated complexity of the matter before the courts in Marseille, France. Should the scope of legal services expand beyond what is described in this document, the Lawyer will issue a supplementary Quotation Estimate for the client's written approval before proceeding with additional work.
The Lawyer reserves the right to adjust the hourly rates in accordance with any changes to the fee regulations published by the Barreau de Marseille or the national Bar Council (Conseil National des Barreaux). This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a guarantee of outcome. The Lawyer will exercise all professional diligence in representing the client's interests in France Marseille and throughout the Bouches-du-Rhône jurisdiction, but no specific result can be assured in litigation.
By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate, confirms understanding of the scope of services, the fee structure, and the payment terms, and authorizes the Lawyer to commence the legal proceedings described herein. This acceptance constitutes a binding engagement contract between the parties under French civil law.
