This Quotation Estimate is issued by the undersigned Lawyer, Dr. Heinrich Vogel, acting in his capacity as a licensed attorney at law (Rechtsanwalt) registered with the Frankfurt Bar Association (Rechtsanwaltskammer Frankfurt am Main), to provide the Client with a comprehensive and transparent cost overview for the legal services to be rendered in Frankfurt, Germany. - Validity: This Quotation Estimate shall remain valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Upon expiry, the Lawyer reserves the right to revise the fees in accordance with any changes in the RVG or the specific circumstances of the matter.
- Payment Terms: Invoices issued by the Lawyer shall be payable within fourteen (14) calendar days of the date of invoice, without deduction, to the bank account of Dr. Heinrich Vogel & Partner Rechtsanwälte, IBAN: DE89 5001 0517 0000 0123 45, BIC: PBNKDEFF, Frankfurt am Main. Late payments shall accrue interest at the statutory rate of 5 percentage points above the ECB base rate as per § 288 of the German Civil Code (BGB).
- Retainer Fee: A retainer fee (Vorauszahlung) of 30% of the total estimated fee, amounting to € 5,808.39 (incl. VAT), is due upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate to secure the Lawyer's availability and to cover initial out-of-pocket expenses.
- Confidentiality: The Lawyer shall maintain strict professional confidentiality in accordance with § 43a of the German Lawyers' Professional Act (Rechtsanwaltsberufsgesetz — BRAO). All information provided by the Client in connection with this engagement in Frankfurt, Germany, shall be treated as privileged and confidential.
- Governing Law and Jurisdiction: This Quotation Estimate and the resulting attorney-client relationship shall be governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Any disputes arising from or in connection with this engagement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Frankfurt am Main, Hesse.
- Professional Liability Insurance: The Lawyer maintains professional liability insurance (Berufshaftpflichtversicherung) in accordance with § 51 BRAO, with a minimum coverage of € 1,000,000 per claim, held with a licensed insurer in Germany. A certificate of insurance shall be provided upon request.
- Acceptance: This Quotation Estimate becomes binding upon written acceptance by the Client. Acceptance may be communicated via email, signed letter, or electronic signature. The Lawyer shall confirm the engagement in writing within five (5) business days of receipt of acceptance.
- Amendments: Any amendments to this Quotation Estimate must be made in writing and signed by both the Lawyer and the Client. Verbal modifications shall not be binding.
