4. Payment Terms

This Quotation Estimate is subject to the following payment terms, which are standard for legal engagements in Ghana Accra:

A non-refundable retainer fee of 30% (GHS 33,396.00) of the total amount is due upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate and execution of the retainer agreement.
The remaining 70% shall be payable in two equal instalments: 50% upon completion of the first phase of legal work, and the final 50% upon full completion of all services outlined herein.
All payments shall be made in Ghana Cedis (GHS) via bank transfer to the firm's designated account at Ecobank Ghana, Accra Branch (Account No. 0012-4567-8901).
Any outstanding balances exceeding 14 days from the due date shall attract a late payment interest of 2% per month, in line with the provisions of the Interest Act, 2013 (Act 870) of Ghana.
Disbursements and court fees shall be reimbursed at actual cost upon presentation of official receipts.

5. Terms and Conditions

This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, the Lawyer reserves the right to revise the fees based on prevailing market conditions and the Ghana Bar Association's recommended fee schedule.
All legal services shall be rendered in strict compliance with the Legal Profession Act, 2019 (Act 1008), the Rules of Professional Conduct of the Ghana Bar Association, and all applicable laws of the Republic of Ghana.
The Lawyer and the firm shall maintain strict confidentiality regarding all client information, documents, and matters handled, in accordance with the attorney-client privilege recognised under Ghanaian law.
This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a guarantee of any particular outcome in any legal proceeding. The Lawyer shall exercise reasonable professional skill and diligence in the conduct of all matters.
Any disputes arising from this engagement shall be resolved through mediation in Ghana Accra before referral to the courts of competent jurisdiction in Accra, Ghana.
The client agrees to provide all necessary documents, information, and cooperation in a timely manner to enable the Lawyer to perform the services efficiently.
This Quotation Estimate is non-transferable and is prepared exclusively for the named client. Any third-party reliance on this document is expressly disclaimed.

6. Acceptance

By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate and agrees to the terms, conditions, and fee structure outlined herein. The undersigned Lawyer confirms that the services described will be rendered with the highest degree of professional competence and ethical conduct in Ghana Accra.
