This Quotation Estimate is issued by the undersigned Lawyer, Adv. Rajesh Kumar Nair, practicing in India Bangalore, in response to the written request received from the above-named client on 08 June 2025. The scope of legal services covered under this Quotation Estimate includes, but is not limited to, the following:
- Comprehensive legal consultation and case assessment regarding the commercial contract dispute between Mehta Enterprises Pvt. Ltd. and the opposing party (XYZ Trading Co., Bangalore).
- Drafting, review, and filing of a civil suit for specific performance and damages before the District and Sessions Court, Bangalore, India.
- Representation of the client in all court hearings, interlocutory applications, and proceedings before the said court and any appellate forum within Bangalore, Karnataka, India.
- Drafting and service of legal notices, replies, and correspondence on behalf of the client.
- Coordination with forensic accountants and expert witnesses as may be required for the matter.
- Advisory services on tax implications, regulatory compliance, and corporate governance matters arising from the dispute, specific to the jurisdiction of Bangalore, India.
- Post-judgment execution proceedings and recovery of decree amount, if applicable.
The following fee structure constitutes the complete Quotation Estimate for the legal services rendered by the Lawyer in India Bangalore. All amounts are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable professional charges. Statutory taxes such as GST at 18% shall be charged additionally as per the prevailing tax laws of India.

Note: The above Quotation Estimate is based on the current facts and circumstances. Should the scope of the matter expand beyond the described parameters, a revised Quotation Estimate shall be issued by the Lawyer prior to undertaking additional work. Court fees, stamp duty, travel expenses within Bangalore, and third-party charges (notary, certified copies, etc.) are excluded and shall be borne by the client as and when incurred.
- Advance Payment: 40% of the total Quotation Estimate amount (INR 1,27,440) shall be payable within 7 working days of acceptance of this Quotation Estimate.
- Interim Payment: 30% (INR 95,580) shall be payable upon filing of the main suit before the District Court, Bangalore, India.
- Final Payment: The remaining 30% (INR 95,580) shall be payable upon conclusion of the matter or upon the final hearing, whichever is earlier.
- All payments shall be made via bank transfer to the firm's designated account: HDFC Bank, Indiranagar Branch, Bangalore, India. Account No.: 50200012345678. IFSC: HDFC0000123.
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, the Lawyer reserves the right to revise the fees based on prevailing market rates in Bangalore, India.
- The Quotation Estimate does not constitute a guarantee of outcome. The Lawyer shall exercise due diligence and professional judgment in handling the matter in accordance with the Code of Professional Conduct of the Bar Council of India.
- The client agrees to provide all necessary documents, information, and cooperation in a timely manner. Delays caused by the client may result in additional charges beyond this Quotation Estimate.
- Confidentiality: The Lawyer shall maintain strict confidentiality regarding all information shared by the client, in compliance with the legal professional privilege recognized under Indian law.
- Dispute Resolution: Any dispute arising from this Quotation Estimate or the engagement shall be resolved through arbitration in Bangalore, India, in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
- Governing Law: This Quotation Estimate and the engagement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka, India.
- The Lawyer may delegate certain tasks to associates or paralegals within the firm, provided that the supervising responsibility remains with the principal Lawyer.
- This Quotation Estimate is non-transferable and is issued solely for the named client.
By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate and agrees to the terms, conditions, and fee structure outlined herein. The engagement of the Lawyer shall commence upon receipt of the advance payment as specified in Section 3.
