The above Quotation Estimate shall be payable as follows: 40% advance upon execution of the Retainer Agreement; 30% upon filing of the principal petition before the Bombay High Court or the relevant District Court in Mumbai; and the remaining 30% upon conclusion of the matter or upon the final hearing date, whichever is earlier. All payments shall be made via bank transfer to the firm’s designated account in Mumbai, India. Cheques shall be drawn in favour of “Adv. Rajesh K. Sharma & Associates.”
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, the Lawyer reserves the right to revise the fee structure based on prevailing market rates in Mumbai, India.
- All fees quoted are exclusive of out-of-pocket expenses such as travel within Mumbai city limits, photocopying, courier charges, and any expert witness fees, which shall be billed separately at actual cost.
- The Lawyer shall maintain strict confidentiality of all client information in accordance with the Advocates Act, 1961, and the Rules of Professional Conduct prescribed by the Bar Council of India.
- Any additional legal work beyond the scope described in this estimate shall require a separate written amendment to this Quotation Estimate, signed by both parties.
- The client acknowledges that the Lawyer does not guarantee any specific outcome in litigation. The fees represent compensation for professional time, expertise, and effort expended in Mumbai, India.
- Disputes arising from this engagement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
- This estimate does not constitute a binding contract until a formal Retainer / Engagement Agreement is executed by both parties.
- The Lawyer may withdraw from the engagement upon providing thirty (30) days’ written notice, subject to the client’s payment of fees for work already performed.
