- Interim Payment (30%): INR 1,04,430/- payable upon filing of the main suit or upon the first substantive hearing, whichever occurs earlier.
- Final Payment (30%): INR 1,04,430/- payable upon conclusion of the matter, execution of judgment, or signing of the settlement deed.
- This Quotation Estimate is a good-faith estimate of professional legal fees and is not a guarantee of the final amount. - The Lawyer reserves the right to withdraw from the engagement upon 15 days' written notice if the Client fails to make payments as per the schedule outlined above.
