1. Purpose of This Quotation Estimate

This Quotation Estimate is issued by Al-Rashid & Partners Legal Firm, a registered and licensed law practice operating in Iraq Baghdad, to provide a comprehensive and transparent breakdown of professional fees, expenses, and charges associated with the engagement of a qualified Lawyer for the specific legal matters outlined herein. This document serves as a formal Quotation Estimate and does not constitute a binding contract until both parties have executed the accompanying Legal Services Agreement. 2. Scope of Legal Services

The Lawyer engaged under this Quotation Estimate shall provide the following professional services within the jurisdiction of Iraq Baghdad and, where necessary, in coordination with relevant Iraqi governmental bodies, courts, and regulatory authorities:

Initial legal consultation and case assessment (up to 3 hours)
Review, analysis, and drafting of commercial contracts and agreements
Representation before the Baghdad Commercial Court and relevant Iraqi tribunals
Preparation and filing of legal petitions, motions, and court documents
Corporate governance advisory for the client's operating entity in Iraq Baghdad
Negotiation and settlement facilitation with opposing parties
Compliance review under Iraqi Commercial Code, Civil Code, and applicable federal regulations

4. Payment Terms

Payment for the services outlined in this Quotation Estimate shall be structured as follows: a non-refundable retainer of 30% (approximately $2,454.00) is due upon execution of the Legal Services Agreement. The remaining 70% shall be invoiced in monthly installments based on work performed, with payment due within fourteen (14) calendar days of invoice receipt. All payments shall be made in United States Dollars (USD) via bank transfer to the firm's designated account in Iraq Baghdad. Late payments shall incur a surcharge of 2% per month.

5. Terms and Conditions

This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, all rates are subject to re-evaluation by the Lawyer and the firm.
The estimated costs presented herein are based on the current scope of work. Should the legal matter in Iraq Baghdad require additional proceedings, extended court appearances, or expanded advisory services, a supplementary Quotation Estimate shall be issued prior to any additional work.
The Lawyer shall maintain strict confidentiality regarding all client information, case details, and business matters in accordance with the Iraqi Legal Profession Code and applicable data protection regulations.
All legal advice and representations provided by the Lawyer are subject to the laws of the Republic of Iraq, including but not limited to the Iraqi Civil Code, Commercial Code, and the Code of Civil Procedure as enforced in Baghdad and the wider Iraqi jurisdiction.
The firm shall not be liable for any adverse court rulings, governmental decisions, or outcomes beyond the reasonable control of the Lawyer. Professional negligence claims shall be governed by the Iraqi Legal Profession Law.
This Quotation Estimate does not create an attorney-client relationship until a formal Legal Services Agreement is signed by both parties.
Any disputes arising from the interpretation or execution of this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through arbitration in Baghdad, Iraq, in accordance with the Iraqi Arbitration Law.
The client acknowledges that the Lawyer may be required to appear before multiple Iraqi courts or governmental offices within Baghdad, and associated travel time is included in the hourly rates specified above.

6. Acceptance and Authorization

By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate for legal services in Iraq Baghdad and agrees to the terms, conditions, and fee structure outlined herein. The Lawyer and the firm confirm their availability and commitment to provide the services described, subject to the execution of the formal engagement agreement.
