- Preparation, review, and filing of all necessary legal pleadings, motions, and correspondence with the Tel Aviv District Court and the Tel Aviv Magistrates' Court.
- Representation of the client in no fewer than four (4) court hearings, including preliminary hearings, evidentiary sessions, and the final judgment hearing.
- Negotiation of a settlement agreement with the opposing party, including the drafting and execution of all settlement terms.

The following Quotation Estimate outlines the anticipated fees for the Lawyer's professional services. All amounts are denominated in Israeli New Shekels (ILS) and are subject to the applicable Value Added Tax (VAT) at the current rate of 18%, as mandated by the Israeli VAT Law, 5711-1975.

In accordance with the terms set forth in this Quotation Estimate, the client agrees to the following payment schedule for the Lawyer's services:
- Retainer Fee: A non-refundable retainer of ILS 15,000 (including VAT) shall be paid upon execution of the engagement letter. This amount shall be credited against the final invoice.
- Progress Payments: Monthly invoices shall be issued on the last business day of each calendar month for services rendered. Payment is due within fourteen (14) calendar days of the invoice date via bank transfer to the firm's account at Bank Leumi, Tel Aviv branch.
- Final Settlement: The balance of all fees and costs shall be settled within thirty (30) days following the conclusion of the matter, whether by judgment, settlement, or withdrawal.
- Third-Party Costs: Court fees, expert witness fees, and other third-party expenses shall be reimbursed by the client upon presentation of official receipts, in addition to the Lawyer's professional fees.
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, fees and rates may be subject to revision based on prevailing market conditions in Tel Aviv, Israel.
- The estimated costs outlined herein are good-faith projections based on the current scope of work. The Lawyer reserves the right to adjust the estimate in the event of material changes to the scope, including but not limited to appeals, additional hearings, or unforeseen procedural complications.
- The Lawyer shall provide the client with a written progress report at the conclusion of each court hearing and upon the completion of each major milestone in the case.
- All communications between the client and the Lawyer are protected by attorney-client privilege under Israeli law. The firm shall maintain strict confidentiality in accordance with the Israeli Privacy Protection Law, 5741-1981.
- This engagement is governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the engagement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tel Aviv District Court.
- The Lawyer shall not be held liable for any adverse court decision, as the outcome of legal proceedings is inherently uncertain and beyond the control of the legal representative.
- Either party may terminate the engagement with thirty (30) days' written notice. Upon termination, the client shall be liable for all fees and costs incurred up to the date of termination.
By signing below, the client acknowledges that this Quotation Estimate has been reviewed and understood, and authorizes the Lawyer at Levi & Associates Law Firm to commence the legal services described herein in Tel Aviv, Israel, under the terms and conditions set forth in this document.
