This Quotation Estimate is issued by the undersigned Lawyer, Avv. Marco Rossi, registered with the Ordine degli Avvocati di Milano (Bar Association of Milan), in the capacity of legal counsel and advocate before the courts of the Distretto Giudiziario di Milano. - Representation Before Courts and Authorities: Full legal representation before the Tribunale Ordinario di Milano, the Corte d'Appello di Milano, and any relevant administrative or tax courts. This encompasses filing of pleadings, attendance at hearings, oral arguments, and post-judgment enforcement proceedings.
- Negotiation and Settlement: Conduct of settlement negotiations, mediation proceedings (as per Italian Legislative Decree 28/2010), and alternative dispute resolution mechanisms available in Milan, Italy.
- Administrative and Regulatory Compliance: Advisory services regarding compliance with Italian national and European Union regulations, including but not limited to data protection (GDPR), corporate governance, and sector-specific licensing requirements applicable in the Milan metropolitan area. - Validity: This Quotation Estimate shall remain valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Upon expiration, the Lawyer reserves the right to revise the fee structure to reflect current market rates and workload conditions in Milan, Italy.
- Payment Terms: A retainer fee equal to 30% of the estimated total shall be due upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate. The remaining balance shall be invoiced in monthly installments, payable within thirty (30) days of invoice date via bank transfer to the firm's designated IBAN account in Milan. Late payments shall accrue interest at the rate established by the Bank of Italy (Banca d'Italia).

All amounts are expressed in Euro (EUR) and are exclusive of Italian Value Added Tax (VAT / IVA) at the current rate of 22%, unless otherwise stated. The estimates are based on the current scope of work and may be subject to revision should the complexity or duration of the matter change materially.
