• 3.1 — This Quotation Estimate is issued exclusively for the Client named above and is non-transferable. The Lawyer reserves the right to decline or modify the engagement if the scope of work materially changes.
• 3.2 — All fees quoted are in Euros (EUR) and are subject to the applicable Italian Value Added Tax (IVA) at the rate of 22%, unless the service qualifies for exemption under Article 10 of DPR 633/1972.

The Lawyer shall exercise all due diligence and professional competence in accordance with the Code of Professional Conduct of the Italian Bar (Codice Deontologico Forense) and the regulations of the Ordine degli Avvocati di Napoli.
• 3.7 — Any dispute arising from the interpretation or execution of this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved exclusively by the competent courts of Naples, Italy, in accordance with Italian law.
