This Quotation Estimate is formally issued by the undersigned Lawyer (Avvocato) and the associated legal practice, Studio Legale Romano & Partners, operating in Rome, Italy, to provide the Client with a comprehensive, transparent, and itemised breakdown of the anticipated professional fees, disbursements, and ancillary costs associated with the legal services described herein. This document constitutes a non-binding estimate of costs and does not, in itself, create a contractual engagement between the Lawyer and the Client. A formal retainer agreement (Contratto di Mandato) must be executed prior to the commencement of any legal proceedings or advisory work in the jurisdiction of Rome, Italy.

The Lawyer engaged under this Quotation Estimate shall provide the following professional legal services within the territory of Rome, Italy, and, where necessary, before the competent courts and administrative bodies of the Lazio region:

Initial legal consultation and case assessment (up to 3 hours) at the firm's offices in central Rome, Italy;
Drafting, review, and negotiation of contractual documents in Italian and English;
Representation before the Tribunale Ordinario di Roma and the Corte d'Appello di Roma;
Preparation and filing of all necessary pleadings, motions, and procedural documents in accordance with Italian procedural law;
Correspondence with opposing counsel, public authorities, and administrative offices in Rome, Italy;
Provision of ongoing legal advisory services and written opinions (pareri legali) as required;
Attendance at court hearings, mediation sessions, and notarial appointments in Rome, Italy;
Coordination with notaries public (Notai), court clerks (Cancellieri), and bailiffs (Ufficiali Giudiziari) operating in the Rome judicial district.

The following Quotation Estimate outlines the anticipated fees for the Lawyer's professional services rendered in Rome, Italy. All amounts are expressed in Euros (EUR) and are exclusive of Italian Value Added Tax (IVA) at the current rate of 22%, unless otherwise stated.

Note: This Quotation Estimate is prepared by the Lawyer in good faith based on the information currently available. The actual costs may vary depending on the complexity of the matter, the number of court hearings required, the response of opposing parties, and any unforeseen procedural developments in the Rome, Italy jurisdiction. The Client will be notified in writing of any material deviation exceeding 15% of the estimated total before additional costs are incurred.

Payment of the fees set forth in this Quotation Estimate shall be made to the Lawyer's firm in Rome, Italy via bank transfer (bonifico bancario) to the IBAN account specified in the formal retainer agreement. The payment schedule is as follows:

30% advance payment (acconto) upon execution of the retainer agreement, before the commencement of legal work;
Monthly invoices for ongoing services, payable within 30 days of the invoice date;
Final settlement of all remaining fees and disbursements within 15 days of the conclusion of the matter or the final court decision.

This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of issue. Upon expiry, the Lawyer reserves the right to revise the fee structure based on prevailing market rates in Rome, Italy.
The Lawyer shall comply with all provisions of the Italian Lawyers' Code of Ethics (Codice Deontologico Forense) and the professional regulations of the Ordine degli Avvocati di Roma.
All communications, filings, and legal proceedings shall be conducted in the Italian language, in accordance with the requirements of the Italian judicial system in Rome, Italy. Translations into English shall be provided at the Client's request and at an additional cost.
The Lawyer shall maintain strict professional confidentiality (segreto professionale) in accordance with Article 200 of the Italian Code of Criminal Procedure and the applicable data protection regulations (GDPR and Italian Privacy Code, D.Lgs. 196/2003).
This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a guarantee of outcome. The Lawyer shall exercise due diligence and professional competence in the handling of the matter but cannot guarantee any specific result before the courts or administrative bodies in Rome, Italy.
In the event of a dispute regarding the fees or services described in this estimate, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation. Failing resolution, the dispute shall be submitted to the competent court in Rome, Italy, or to the mediation body as required by Italian law.
The Lawyer may delegate certain procedural tasks to associate lawyers or legal assistants within the firm, provided that the supervising Lawyer retains full professional responsibility for all work performed in Rome, Italy.

By signing below, the Client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate and authorizes the Lawyer to proceed with the legal services described herein in Rome, Italy, subject to the execution of a formal retainer agreement. The Client confirms that they have had the opportunity to seek independent legal advice regarding the terms and costs outlined in this document.
