- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) days from the date of issue. Upon expiry, the Lawyer fees and rates may be subject to revision based on prevailing market conditions in Nairobi, Kenya.
- A retainer fee of twenty-five percent (25%) of the total professional fees, amounting to KES 212,500, is payable upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate to secure the engagement of our legal team.
- Subsequent payments shall be made in monthly installments as the matter progresses, with invoices issued at the end of each calendar month for services rendered.
- All disbursements and out-of-pocket expenses are to be reimbursed by the client within fourteen (14) days of presentation of receipts and itemized statements.
- This Quotation Estimate is an estimate only and does not constitute a fixed-fee agreement. Actual costs may vary depending on the complexity of the matter, the number of court appearances required, and any unforeseen procedural developments in the Nairobi High Court proceedings.
- The Lawyer assigned to this matter shall be Adv. Grace Wanjiku Mwangi, supported by a team of two (2) associate lawyers and one (1) legal assistant based at our Nairobi office on Waiyaki Way.
- All communications, documents, and correspondence related to this engagement shall be conducted in English, in accordance with the Official Languages Act of Kenya.
- This Quotation Estimate is governed by the laws of the Republic of Kenya, and any disputes arising from this engagement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Nairobi, Kenya.
- Confidentiality: All information provided by the client to our Lawyer team shall be treated in the strictest confidence in accordance with the Advocates Act, Cap 30 of the Laws of Kenya, and the rules of professional conduct of the Law Society of Kenya.
- Acceptance of this Quotation Estimate shall be deemed by the client's written signature below or by payment of the retainer fee, whichever occurs first.
