Additional Expenses (Billed at Cost): Court filing fees, notary public fees, registry stamps, certified copies, courier services, and any expert witness fees will be billed separately at their actual cost. An estimated additional amount of MXN $12,000.00 to $18,000.00 is anticipated for these third-party expenses, depending on the specific procedural requirements in Mexico Mexico City.
Payment for the services outlined in this Quotation Estimate shall be made according to the following schedule:
- 40% Advance Payment: Due upon execution of the retainer agreement (MXN $72,059.20)
- 35% Mid-Progress Payment: Due upon completion of all court filings and the first hearing (MXN $63,051.80)
- 25% Final Payment: Due upon delivery of the final legal opinion and closing documents (MXN $45,037.00)
Payments may be made via bank transfer to the firm's account at BBVA México (CLABE: 012180012345678901) or by certified check. The Lawyer will issue a formal invoice (factura) compliant with SAT electronic invoicing requirements (CFDI 4.0) for each payment received.
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issuance. After this period, fees may be subject to revision based on changes in applicable court tariffs or the firm's professional rates.
- The total estimated amount is a good-faith projection. The Lawyer reserves the right to adjust the final invoice by no more than fifteen percent (15%) if the scope of work expands beyond the parameters described in this document. Any such adjustment will require prior written consent from the client.
