The following Quotation Estimate sets out the professional fees payable to the Lawyer and the firm for the services described above. All fees are stated in Nigerian Naira (NGN) and are exclusive of Value Added Tax (VAT) at the prevailing rate of 7.5%.

1. This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, fees may be subject to revision based on prevailing economic conditions in Nigeria Abuja.
2. The Lawyer and the firm shall maintain strict confidentiality of all client information in accordance with the Rules of Professional Conduct for Legal Practitioners (2007) and the Nigerian Data Protection Regulation (NDPR) 2019.
3. The firm shall not be liable for any adverse court outcome. Fees are payable for professional legal services rendered regardless of the result of any litigation or dispute.
4. Any additional services outside the scope defined in Section 2 of this Quotation Estimate shall be subject to a separate written agreement and additional fees.
5. The engagement may be terminated by either party upon fourteen (14) days' written notice. In the event of early termination by the client, all fees for services already rendered shall be due and payable.
