This Quotation Estimate is formally issued by Al-Haq Legal Associates & Barristers, a registered law firm operating in Pakistan Islamabad, to provide the client with a comprehensive and transparent breakdown of all professional fees, costs, and charges associated with the engagement of a Lawyer for the matter referenced above. All services outlined in this Quotation Estimate are subject to the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan and the rules of the Islamabad Bar Council.
The Lawyer engaged under this Quotation Estimate shall perform the following duties in Pakistan Islamabad:

- Drafting and filing of the civil suit for property partition before the District & Sessions Court, Islamabad.
- Preparation of all legal pleadings, written arguments, and supporting documentation.

- Coordination with the Islamabad High Court for any interim relief or stay applications.
- Legal advisory sessions (up to four in-person consultations) at the client's residence in Islamabad.
- Post-judgment execution proceedings and compliance monitoring.

* All amounts are quoted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The above Quotation Estimate is exclusive of any additional court-ordered costs or expert witness fees that may arise during the proceedings in Pakistan Islamabad.
The client shall settle the fees as per the following schedule, which forms an integral part of this Quotation Estimate:
- Advance Payment (40%): PKR 175,392 — payable upon signing the retainer agreement with the Lawyer.
- Second Installment (35%): PKR 153,468 — payable upon filing of the suit in the Islamabad court.
- Final Payment (25%): PKR 109,620 — payable upon conclusion of the matter or upon the Lawyer's written request, whichever is earlier.
Payments shall be made via bank transfer to the firm's designated account in Islamabad, Pakistan. Cheques or cash payments exceeding PKR 100,000 are not accepted in accordance with the State Bank of Pakistan's anti-money laundering directives.
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, the Lawyer reserves the right to revise the fees based on prevailing market rates in Pakistan Islamabad.
- The Lawyer shall not be held liable for any adverse court decision, as legal outcomes are subject to the discretion of the judiciary in Pakistan Islamabad.
- Any additional hearings beyond the estimated eight (8) shall be charged at the per-hearing rate specified in this Quotation Estimate.
- The client agrees to provide all necessary documents, evidence, and information in a timely manner to enable the Lawyer to conduct the proceedings efficiently.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a guarantee of any particular legal outcome. The Lawyer commits to exercising due diligence and professional competence in accordance with the Code of Professional Conduct of the Islamabad Bar Council.
- Confidentiality: All information shared between the client and the Lawyer shall be treated as strictly confidential and shall not be disclosed to any third party without written consent, in compliance with Pakistan's legal professional privilege laws.
- Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through arbitration in Islamabad, Pakistan, in accordance with the Arbitration Act, 1940.
- The Lawyer may withdraw from the engagement upon providing thirty (30) days' written notice, in which case a pro-rata refund of unearned fees shall be issued.
By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate and agrees to the terms, conditions, and fee structure outlined herein for the engagement of the Lawyer in the matter described. This acceptance constitutes a binding agreement between the parties under the laws of Pakistan Islamabad.
