The Lawyer assigned to this matter will be a qualified advocate admitted to practice before the courts of the State of Qatar, with a minimum of ten (10) years of experience in the relevant area of law. All services will be rendered in compliance with the laws and regulations of the State of Qatar, including but not limited to the Qatar Civil Code, the Qatar Commercial Code, and applicable regulations issued by the Ministry of Justice and the Qatar Financial Centre (QFC) Authority where applicable.

The Lawyer engaged under this Quotation Estimate shall perform the following professional services on behalf of the Client in Qatar Doha:

• Comprehensive legal consultation and advisory sessions regarding the Client's commercial dispute with a third-party contractor in the construction sector.
• Preparation, review, and filing of all necessary legal pleadings, statements of claim, and supporting documentation before the competent courts in Doha.
• Representation of the Client at all hearings, pre-trial conferences, and mediation sessions before the Qatar courts or the Qatar International Arbitration Centre (QIAC), as may be required.
• Negotiation of settlement terms and drafting of any settlement agreement or consent judgment.
• Coordination with expert witnesses, forensic accountants, and technical consultants as needed for the proceedings.
• Post-judgment enforcement actions, including execution proceedings before the Enforcement Court in Doha.
• General legal correspondence, document translation (Arabic-English), and notarization services required for the matter.

The following Quotation Estimate outlines the anticipated fees and costs for the engagement of the Lawyer and the firm's support team in Qatar Doha:

Note: The above Quotation Estimate is based on the current scope of work. Should the matter expand in complexity, require additional court appearances, or involve appellate proceedings, the Lawyer will issue a supplementary estimate prior to incurring any additional costs. All fees are exclusive of out-of-pocket expenses unless expressly stated.

• A non-refundable retainer of 30% of the total estimated fee (QAR 27,000) shall be payable upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate and execution of the engagement letter.
• The remaining 70% shall be payable in two equal installments: 50% upon filing of the Statement of Claim and 50% upon conclusion of the final hearing or settlement.
• All payments shall be made via bank transfer to the firm's designated account in Doha, Qatar. Invoices will be issued in Qatari Riyal (QAR).
• Out-of-pocket expenses (court fees, translation, travel) shall be reimbursed upon submission of official receipts within fourteen (14) days of the invoice date.
• Late payments shall attract interest at the rate of 2% per month, in accordance with applicable Qatar commercial law.

• This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Upon expiry, the Lawyer reserves the right to revise fees based on prevailing market rates in Qatar Doha.
• The Lawyer and the firm shall maintain strict confidentiality regarding all information, documents, and strategies disclosed by the Client, in accordance with the Qatar Legal Profession Law and professional ethical standards.
• The firm shall not be liable for any adverse court decision, as the outcome of legal proceedings is inherently uncertain and beyond the control of the Lawyer.
• This engagement is governed by the laws of the State of Qatar. Any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the engagement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Doha, Qatar.
• The Client agrees to provide all necessary documents, information, and cooperation in a timely manner. Delays caused by the Client may result in additional costs, which will be communicated in writing.
• This Quotation Estimate does not create an attorney-client relationship until a formal engagement letter is signed by both parties.
