3. Disbursements and Third-Party Costs

Court filing fees and state duty (gosposhlina) payable to the Moscow City Court or Arbitrazh Court of Moscow: estimated 6,000 – 20,000 RUB depending on the claim value.
Notarisation and certified translation of documents required for proceedings in Russia Moscow: estimated 15,000 RUB.
Service of process and courier delivery of legal documents within the Moscow administrative district: estimated 8,000 RUB.
Expert witness fees, if applicable, for technical or financial assessments: estimated 50,000 – 120,000 RUB.
Travel and accommodation expenses for the Lawyer if proceedings require attendance at court venues outside central Moscow: estimated 10,000 RUB.

4. Payment Terms and Conditions

This Quotation Estimate stipulates the following payment structure. All payments shall be made in Russian Rubles (RUB) via bank transfer to the firm's designated account in Moscow, Russia, or by certified cheque. The Client shall remit an initial retainer of 30% of the total estimated professional fees (365,400 RUB) within five (5) business days of executing the engagement letter. The remaining balance shall be invoiced in monthly instalments at the end of each calendar month, with payment due within ten (10) business days of invoice receipt. Disbursements shall be reimbursed within five (5) business days of presentation of supporting receipts.

5. Terms and Limitations of This Quotation Estimate

Important Notice: This Quotation Estimate is a good-faith projection based on the information available to the Lawyer at the time of drafting. The final cost of legal services in Russia Moscow may vary depending on the complexity of the matter, the number of court sessions required, the conduct of opposing parties, and any unforeseen procedural developments. The Lawyer reserves the right to issue a revised Quotation Estimate should the scope of work materially change. This estimate does not constitute a guarantee of outcome. All services are governed by the laws of the Russian Federation and the professional ethics code of the Moscow Bar Association. This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) days from the date of issue. Upon expiry, all rates and terms must be renegotiated in writing.

6. Acceptance and Authorisation

By signing below, the Client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate, confirms understanding of the scope of legal services to be provided by the Lawyer in Russia Moscow, and authorises the commencement of the engagement upon execution of the formal retainer agreement.
