The Client agrees to the following payment schedule as part of this Quotation Estimate: an initial retainer of 30% (182,700 RUB) shall be paid upon execution of the engagement agreement; 40% (243,600 RUB) shall be due upon completion of the legal opinion and drafting of the statement of claim; and the remaining 30% (182,700 RUB) shall be payable within 14 calendar days following the conclusion of the matter or the final court hearing, whichever occurs first. • Validity: This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, the Lawyer reserves the right to revise the fee schedule based on current market rates in Russia Saint Petersburg.
• Hourly Rate: The standard hourly rate for the assigned Lawyer is 12,000 RUB per hour. Any work exceeding the estimated hours listed in Section 2 shall be billed at this rate and requires prior written approval from the Client.
• Confidentiality: All information provided by the Client in connection with this engagement is subject to strict attorney-client privilege under Russian law. The Lawyer and all associated personnel shall maintain absolute confidentiality.
• Conflict of Interest: The Lawyer confirms that, as of the date of this Quotation Estimate, no conflict of interest exists that would impair the firm's ability to represent the Client's interests in Russia Saint Petersburg.
• Termination: Either party may terminate the engagement with fourteen (14) days' written notice. In such case, the Client shall be liable for all fees accrued up to the date of termination.
• Governing Law: This Quotation Estimate and any resulting engagement agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the civil legislation of the Russian Federation. Disputes shall be resolved by the Arbitrazh Court of Saint Petersburg and Leningrad Oblast.
• Expenses: Travel expenses, courier fees, and third-party costs (notary, translation, expert witnesses) are included in the estimate above. Any additional expenses not foreseen at the time of this Quotation Estimate shall be reimbursed at actual cost with prior Client consent.
