This Quotation Estimate is issued by the undersigned Lawyer and legal firm operating in Saudi Arabia Jeddah to provide a comprehensive breakdown of professional legal services requested by the client. The scope of work encompasses the following areas of practice under the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia:

- A 50% advance payment (SAR 58,362.50) is required upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate to initiate the engagement of the Lawyer and commence legal work in Saudi Arabia Jeddah.
- The remaining 50% (SAR 58,362.50) shall be due upon completion of all services outlined in Section 1, or as per the milestone schedule agreed upon in the retainer agreement.
- Payments shall be made via bank transfer to the firm's designated account at Al-Rajhi Bank, Jeddah Branch. Cheques and cash payments are not accepted for amounts exceeding SAR 5,000.
- Any overdue payments shall attract a late fee of 2% per month, calculated from the due date, in accordance with Saudi commercial law.
- The monthly retainer fee (Item 6) is payable in advance on the 1st of each calendar month. Failure to pay within 10 business days may result in suspension of services.
- All court filing fees, government stamp duties, and third-party costs (e.g., SAIP registration fees, translation agency charges) are not included in this Quotation Estimate and shall be billed separately at actual cost.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until both parties sign the formal Legal Services Agreement (Retainer Contract) in accordance with the Saudi Civil Transactions Law.
- The Lawyer and firm shall maintain strict confidentiality regarding all client information, documents, and case details, in compliance with the Saudi Data and AI Authority (SDAIA) regulations and professional ethical codes.
- The Lawyer reserves the right to withdraw from representation with 14 days' written notice in the event of a conflict of interest, non-payment, or client misconduct.
- All legal opinions, drafts, and documents produced under this engagement are the intellectual property of the firm and may not be reproduced or disclosed to third parties without written consent.
- This Quotation Estimate is governed by and shall be interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes arising from this estimate shall be resolved through the competent courts in Saudi Arabia Jeddah or by arbitration under the Saudi Center for Commercial Arbitration (SCCA).
- The firm is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the services rendered. The total liability of the Lawyer shall not exceed the total fees paid under this Quotation Estimate.
- Force majeure events, including but not limited to government orders, natural disasters, or public health emergencies, shall exempt the firm from performance obligations during the affected period.
By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate and agrees to the terms, conditions, and fee structure outlined herein for the engagement of the Lawyer and legal firm in Saudi Arabia Jeddah. This signature does not constitute a final contract but serves as an expression of intent to proceed with the formal engagement.
