This Quotation Estimate is issued by Al-Riyadh Legal Counsel & Associates to provide the above-named client with a comprehensive, transparent, and itemized breakdown of professional fees for the engagement of a qualified Lawyer to represent and advise the client in legal matters within Saudi Arabia Riyadh. This document serves as a formal estimate of costs and does not constitute a binding contract until countersigned by both parties. All fees are quoted in Saudi Riyals (SAR) and are subject to the terms and conditions outlined herein.
The Lawyer engaged under this Quotation Estimate shall provide the following professional legal services in Saudi Arabia Riyadh:

The total amount specified in this Quotation Estimate shall be paid according to the following schedule:
30% advance payment (SAR 32,775) upon execution of the engagement letter and acceptance of this Quotation Estimate.
40% interim payment (SAR 43,700) upon completion of document preparation and prior to the first court appearance in Riyadh.
30% final payment (SAR 32,775) upon conclusion of the matter or delivery of the final legal opinion, whichever occurs first.
All payments shall be made via bank transfer to the firm's designated account at Al Rajhi Bank, Riyadh Branch. Invoices will be issued in accordance with the requirements of the Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority (ZATCA) in Saudi Arabia.
4.1 This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, the Lawyer reserves the right to revise fees based on prevailing market conditions in Saudi Arabia Riyadh.
4.2 The Lawyer shall maintain strict confidentiality regarding all client information, case details, and legal strategies in accordance with the Saudi Legal Profession Law and the firm's professional ethics code.
4.3 The client agrees to provide all necessary documents, evidence, and information in a timely manner. Delays caused by the client may result in additional fees or adverse legal consequences, for which the Lawyer shall not be held liable.
4.4 The Lawyer shall act with the utmost diligence, competence, and professional judgment in representing the client's interests before all courts, tribunals, and government bodies in Saudi Arabia Riyadh.
4.5 This Quotation Estimate does not guarantee any specific legal outcome. The Lawyer shall provide honest and realistic assessments of the merits and risks of the case.
4.6 Any dispute arising from this engagement shall be resolved through amicable negotiation first, and failing that, through the competent courts in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, in accordance with the Saudi Arbitration and Dispute Resolution Law.
4.7 The Lawyer may delegate certain tasks to qualified paralegals or junior associates under the direct supervision of the lead Lawyer, without additional charge to the client.
By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate, agrees to the scope of services, fees, and terms outlined herein, and authorizes the Lawyer to commence legal work in Saudi Arabia Riyadh upon receipt of the advance payment.
