- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Upon expiry, the fees and rates stated herein may be subject to revision by the Lawyer at Tan & Associates Legal Chambers.
- Payment terms: A retainer fee of twenty-five percent (25%) of the total estimated professional fees, amounting to SGD $8,162.50, is payable upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate. The remaining balance shall be invoiced in monthly instalments as the work progresses.
- All fees are quoted in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and are subject to the prevailing Goods and Services Tax (GST) rate in Singapore Singapore as prescribed by the Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore Singapore.
- The Lawyer reserves the right to withdraw from the engagement with fourteen (14) days written notice, in which case fees for work completed up to the date of withdrawal shall be payable in full.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a guarantee of any particular outcome in the legal proceedings. The Lawyer shall exercise reasonable professional skill and diligence in the conduct of the matter in accordance with the Legal Profession Act and the Rules of Court of Singapore Singapore.
- All communications, documents, and correspondence relating to this engagement shall be treated as strictly confidential in accordance with the solicitor-client privilege recognised in Singapore Singapore.
- Any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the engagement shall be resolved by arbitration in Singapore Singapore in accordance with the Arbitration Act of Singapore Singapore.
- The client acknowledges that the Lawyer has provided a clear and transparent Quotation Estimate and that the client has had the opportunity to seek independent legal advice before accepting the terms set out herein.
