This Quotation Estimate is issued by Attorney Park Ji-hoon, a licensed Lawyer registered with the Seoul Bar Association, to provide a comprehensive and transparent breakdown of professional legal fees for the engagement of legal counsel services in South Korea Seoul. This document serves as a formal estimate of costs associated with the representation of the above-named client in matters pertaining to corporate contract negotiation, regulatory compliance under Korean commercial law, and dispute resolution before the Seoul Central District Court. All fees quoted herein are subject to the terms and conditions outlined in Section 7 of this Quotation Estimate.
The Lawyer engaged under this Quotation Estimate shall provide the following services within the jurisdiction of South Korea Seoul:

The Lawyer shall invoice the client in accordance with the following schedule, as stipulated in this Quotation Estimate:
- Retainer / Advance Payment: 30% of the total estimated fee (KRW 4,455,000) due upon execution of the engagement letter, prior to the commencement of any legal work in South Korea Seoul.
- Progress Payment: 40% of the total estimated fee (KRW 5,940,000) due upon completion of the drafting and negotiation phase (Items 2 and 3 above).
- Final Payment: The remaining 30% (KRW 4,455,000) due upon delivery of the final legal opinion letter and all supporting documentation.
All payments shall be made via bank transfer to the firm's designated account at Woori Bank, Gangnam Branch, Seoul, South Korea. Late payments shall accrue interest at the statutory rate of 6% per annum as prescribed by the Korean Commercial Act.
This Quotation Estimate is based on the following assumptions:
- The matter will be resolved through negotiation and, if necessary, a single hearing before the Seoul Central District Court. Should the case proceed to a full trial or appeal, additional fees will be quoted separately.
- The Lawyer assumes that all relevant documents will be provided by the client in a timely manner. Delays in document provision may result in additional billable hours.
- This estimate does not include travel expenses beyond the Seoul metropolitan area. If the Lawyer is required to travel to Busan, Incheon, or other cities in South Korea for court appearances or client meetings, travel and accommodation costs will be billed at actual expense.
- Third-party costs such as expert witness fees, forensic accounting, or additional translation services beyond the scope described herein are excluded from this Quotation Estimate.
This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Upon the client's written acceptance, this estimate shall form the basis of a binding engagement agreement between the Lawyer and the client. The engagement shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, and any disputes arising from the engagement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Seoul Central District Court in South Korea Seoul.
- The Lawyer shall maintain strict confidentiality regarding all information disclosed by the client in connection with this engagement, in accordance with the Korean Attorney's Act and the Seoul Bar Association's Code of Ethics.
- The client reserves the right to terminate the engagement at any time by providing fourteen (14) days' written notice. In such event, the client shall be liable for all fees accrued up to the date of termination, as detailed in this Quotation Estimate.
- The Lawyer shall provide weekly written progress reports to the client detailing hours worked, actions taken, and anticipated next steps in the matter.
- Any revision to the scope of services beyond what is described in this Quotation Estimate shall require a written amendment signed by both parties before additional work commences.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a guarantee of any particular legal outcome. The Lawyer shall exercise the highest degree of professional diligence in representing the client's interests in South Korea Seoul.
- All communications between the Lawyer and the client shall be protected by attorney-client privilege under Korean law.
