The following costs are not included in the professional fee schedule above and will be billed at actual expense upon reimbursement. The Lawyer will provide itemized receipts for all disbursements incurred on behalf of the client in Turkey Ankara:
- Court registration fees and stamp duties (Harç ve Harcamalar) as determined by the relevant Ankara court;
- Notary public fees for document authentication and power of attorney execution;
- Translation and certified translation costs (Turkish to English or other languages) required by the court;
- Expert witness fees and appraisal costs ordered by the court;
- Inter-city travel expenses if proceedings extend beyond the Ankara metropolitan area (e.g., Istanbul Court of Cassation);
- Document reproduction, courier, and postal service charges.
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Upon expiration, the Lawyer reserves the right to revise fees based on current Ankara Bar Association minimum fee schedules and market conditions in Turkey Ankara.
- Payment of a non-refundable retainer fee equal to 40% of the estimated total (TRY 29,280.00) is required to formally engage the Lawyer and commence work. The remaining balance shall be invoiced in monthly installments or upon completion of each major milestone as outlined in Section 2.
- All fees stated in this Quotation Estimate are subject to the applicable 20% Value Added Tax (KDV) in accordance with Turkish tax law. Invoices will be issued in Turkish Lira (TRY) by the Ankara-registered law firm.
- The Lawyer shall maintain strict professional confidentiality in accordance with the Turkish Code of Obligations (Türk Borçlar Kanunu) and the Ankara Bar Association's Code of Professional Ethics. All case materials and client communications shall be treated as privileged and confidential.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a guarantee of outcome. The Lawyer shall exercise the highest degree of professional diligence and competence in representing the client's interests before all courts and authorities in Turkey Ankara.
- Any dispute arising from the interpretation or performance of this engagement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Ankara courts and the laws of the Republic of Turkey.
- The client may terminate the engagement at any time by providing fourteen (14) days' written notice. In such case, fees for work already performed and non-recoverable disbursements shall remain payable.
- This Quotation Estimate is prepared exclusively for the named client and may not be transferred, assigned, or relied upon by any third party without the prior written consent of Kaya & Partners Legal Consultancy.
By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate, confirms understanding of the fee structure, and authorizes the engagement of the Lawyer and legal team of Kaya & Partners Legal Consultancy to provide the services described herein in Turkey Ankara.
