This Quotation Estimate is issued by the undersigned Lawyer and legal firm, Al Noor Legal Consultancy LLC, duly registered and licensed to practice law in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. The following scope of professional legal services has been prepared in response to the client's request for comprehensive legal representation and advisory in matters pertaining to commercial contract disputes, corporate governance compliance, and regulatory filings before the Abu Dhabi Courts and the Department of Economic Development (DED) of Abu Dhabi.
The Lawyer engaged under this Quotation Estimate shall provide the following services throughout the duration of the engagement in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates:

The above Quotation Estimate covers the professional fees of the Lawyer and the legal team. The following additional costs, which are not included in the estimated total, shall be borne by the client and are subject to actual expenditure in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates:
- Court filing fees and stamp duties payable to the Abu Dhabi Courts (estimated AED 2,000 – AED 5,000 depending on the claim value).
- Notary public fees for document authentication in Abu Dhabi.
- Translation and attestation costs for documents submitted to UAE government bodies.
- Travel and accommodation expenses if the Lawyer is required to attend hearings or meetings outside the Abu Dhabi city limits within the United Arab Emirates.
- Expert witness fees, if appointed by the court or by mutual agreement of the parties.
- This Quotation Estimate is a non-binding estimate of professional legal fees and does not constitute a final invoice. The final fees shall be determined based on the actual hours worked by the Lawyer and the legal team in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates.
- The Lawyer reserves the right to adjust the estimated hours by up to 15% without prior written notice, provided that any adjustment exceeding 15% shall require the client's written consent before additional work commences.
- Payment terms: 40% advance payment upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, 30% upon completion of the primary litigation phase before the Abu Dhabi Court, and the remaining 30% upon final resolution or closure of the matter.
- All payments shall be made in United Arab Emirates Dirhams (AED) via bank transfer to the firm's designated account at a UAE-licensed bank in Abu Dhabi.
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Upon expiry, the Lawyer reserves the right to revise the rates and terms to reflect current market conditions in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates.
- The Lawyer shall maintain strict confidentiality regarding all client information in accordance with the Abu Dhabi Bar Association Code of Professional Conduct and UAE Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021).
- In the event of a conflict of interest arising during the engagement, the Lawyer shall immediately notify the client in writing and may withdraw from the representation in accordance with applicable UAE legal ethics rules.
- This Quotation Estimate and the resulting engagement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Abu Dhabi.
- The client acknowledges that the Lawyer's services are advisory and representative in nature and do not guarantee any specific outcome before the Abu Dhabi Courts or any other UAE judicial or regulatory body.
By signing below, the client confirms acceptance of this Quotation Estimate for the legal services to be rendered by the Lawyer in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates, and authorizes the firm to commence the engagement as described herein.
