The Lawyer requests that the fees outlined in this Quotation Estimate be settled as follows: a non-refundable retainer of 40% (AED 32,088.00) upon execution of the engagement letter, 30% (AED 24,066.00) upon commencement of active litigation or transactional work, and the remaining 30% (AED 24,066.00) upon conclusion of the matter or delivery of final legal deliverables. All payments shall be made in United Arab Emirates Dirhams (AED) via bank transfer to the firm's designated account in Dubai. Invoices will be issued in accordance with the requirements of the UAE Federal Tax Authority and the Dubai Courts fee schedule.
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Upon expiry, the Lawyer reserves the right to revise the estimated fees to reflect any changes in court fees, regulatory requirements, or market conditions in the United Arab Emirates Dubai legal sector.
- The fees set forth herein are estimates only and are subject to adjustment based on the actual complexity, duration, and scope of the legal matter. The Lawyer shall notify the client in writing of any material deviation exceeding 15% of the estimated total before incurring additional costs.
- This Quotation Estimate does not include costs for expert witnesses, forensic accountants, or third-party consultants, which shall be billed at actual cost with prior written approval from the client.
- All legal services shall be performed in compliance with the UAE Federal Law No. 23 of 1991 (Legal Profession Law), the Dubai Courts regulations, and, where applicable, the DIFC Courts Rules of Procedure.
- The Lawyer shall maintain strict confidentiality in accordance with the UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 31 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data and the professional ethical obligations of the Dubai Bar Association.
- This Quotation Estimate is governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from or in connection with this estimate shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Dubai Courts, United Arab Emirates.
- The client acknowledges that acceptance of this Quotation Estimate does not guarantee a specific legal outcome. The Lawyer shall exercise professional diligence and competence in the representation of the client's interests in the United Arab Emirates Dubai jurisdiction.
- All communications between the Lawyer and the client shall be conducted in English and/or Arabic, as mutually agreed. Official court filings in the United Arab Emirates shall be submitted in Arabic as required by law.
By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate and agrees to the terms, conditions, and fee structure set forth herein for the engagement of the Lawyer in the United Arab Emirates Dubai jurisdiction. This acceptance shall be effective upon countersignature by both parties and the receipt of the initial retainer payment.
