- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issuance. Upon expiration, the Lawyer team reserves the right to revise the fee structure based on current market rates and case complexity assessments.
- All professional fees are billed on a monthly basis in arrears, with invoices issued on the last business day of each calendar month. A retainer in the amount of $15,000.00 is required prior to the commencement of active legal work.
- Out-of-pocket expenses, as itemized above, will be billed at actual cost with supporting receipts provided to the client. No markup will be applied to third-party vendor charges in United States Houston.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a guarantee of outcome. The Lawyer and firm make no representations or warranties regarding the final result of the litigation. All legal matters carry inherent uncertainty.
- The client agrees to reimburse the firm for all reasonable expenses incurred in the representation, including but not limited to those listed in this document, provided that any expense exceeding $500.00 in a single transaction requires prior written authorization from the client.
- Should the matter be resolved through settlement or mediation prior to trial, the Lawyer fees will be adjusted proportionally based on the actual hours expended, and the client will be credited for any unused retainer balance.
- This engagement is governed by the laws of the State of Texas and the Rules of Professional Conduct of the State Bar of Texas. Any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the engagement itself shall be resolved in the courts of Harris County, United States Houston.
- The firm maintains professional liability insurance in the amount of $5,000,000.00 per occurrence, as required by the Texas Disciplinary Rules of Professional Conduct.
