This Quotation Estimate is issued by the undersigned Lawyer, Carlos A. Delgado, Esq., in his capacity as a licensed attorney practicing law in the State of Florida, United States. This document serves as a formal, itemized Quotation Estimate outlining the anticipated professional legal services, associated fees, and disbursements that the Lawyer will render to the Client in connection with the matter described herein. This Quotation Estimate is prepared specifically for legal proceedings and consultations taking place within the jurisdiction of United States Miami, and all fees are quoted in United States Dollars (USD) in compliance with the fee disclosure requirements of the Florida Bar and the Rules of Professional Conduct governing attorneys in the State of Florida.
The Lawyer has been retained to provide comprehensive legal representation and advisory services to the Client in the following matters, all to be conducted in and around United States Miami:
- Preparation, review, and filing of a commercial lease dispute complaint before the Circuit Court of Miami-Dade County, Florida, United States.
- Conduct of all pre-trial discovery proceedings, including depositions, interrogatories, and document requests, to be held at the Lawyer's office in downtown Miami or at the Miami-Dade County Courthouse, 100 N.E. 4th Street, Miami, Florida, United States.
- Representation of the Client at all scheduled hearings, motions, and conferences before the presiding judge in the United States Miami judicial district.
- Negotiation of a settlement agreement or mediation session, if mutually agreed upon by all parties, to be conducted in United States Miami.
- Post-judgment enforcement actions, if necessary, within the jurisdiction of United States Miami and the Southern District of Florida.

The following Quotation Estimate provides a detailed breakdown of all anticipated fees and costs. The Lawyer reserves the right to adjust this Quotation Estimate in the event of material changes in the scope of work, provided that the Client is notified in writing at least five (5) business days prior to any such adjustment.

In accordance with the terms of this Quotation Estimate, the Client agrees to the following payment schedule for the legal services rendered by the Lawyer in United States Miami:
- Retainer Fee: A non-refundable retainer of $5,000.00 USD shall be paid upon execution of the Retainer Agreement. This amount will be credited against the total Quotation Estimate as services are performed.
- Monthly Invoicing: The Lawyer shall issue itemized invoices on a monthly basis. Payment is due within fifteen (15) calendar days of the invoice date. Invoices will be sent via email and certified mail to the Client's address in Miami, Florida, United States.
- Disbursements: All court filing fees, expert witness fees, and third-party costs listed in this Quotation Estimate shall be billed at cost with a 10% administrative handling surcharge.
- Late Payment: Overdue balances shall accrue interest at a rate of 1.5% per month, in compliance with Florida Statutes Chapter 55.
- This Quotation Estimate is a good-faith projection of anticipated costs and is not a guarantee of final fees. The actual total may vary based on the complexity and duration of the legal proceedings in United States Miami.
- The Lawyer shall provide the Client with a written notice and a revised Quotation Estimate if the projected total fees exceed the amount stated herein by more than 15%.
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) days from the date of issue. After this period, the Lawyer reserves the right to revise the fee structure based on current market rates in the Miami legal community, United States.
- The Lawyer shall maintain professional liability insurance in the amount of no less than $1,000,000 per occurrence, as required by the Florida Bar for attorneys practicing in the State of Florida, United States.
- All communications between the Lawyer and the Client shall be protected by attorney-client privilege under Florida law and the United States Constitution.
- This Quotation Estimate and the resulting engagement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, and the applicable rules of the Southern District of Florida.
- The Lawyer may delegate certain tasks to paralegals and legal assistants at the firm's Miami office, United States, at a reduced hourly rate of $125.00, which will be clearly identified on all invoices.
By signing below, the Client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate, confirms understanding of the fee structure proposed by the Lawyer, and authorizes the commencement of legal services in United States Miami as described herein.
