The Lawyer assigned to this matter will operate under the firm's supervision and will be the primary point of contact for all legal proceedings, correspondence, and court appearances within the jurisdiction of the United States New York City.

The following Quotation Estimate covers the full scope of legal representation to be provided by our Lawyer in the United States New York City. The services include, but are not limited to, the following areas of practice:

• Initial consultation and case assessment (up to 2 hours)
• Drafting, reviewing, and filing of all necessary legal documents and pleadings in New York State courts
• Representation in all pre-trial proceedings, including discovery, depositions, and motions practice
• Attendance at all scheduled court hearings, conferences, and trial sessions in the New York County Supreme Court or the appropriate United States New York City tribunal
• Negotiation of settlement agreements and mediation sessions
• Post-judgment enforcement and compliance monitoring
• General legal advisory correspondence and telephone consultations (up to 10 hours total)

Note: All rates listed above reflect the standard billing rates of the Lawyer at Meridian & Associates Legal Group LLP as of the date of this Quotation Estimate. Rates are subject to annual adjustment in accordance with the firm's fee schedule effective January 1 of each calendar year in the United States New York City legal market.

The total amount specified in this Quotation Estimate shall be payable in accordance with the following schedule: a retainer fee of twenty-five percent (25%) of the total estimated amount, amounting to $8,487.50, is due upon execution of the Retainer Agreement. The remaining balance shall be invoiced on a monthly basis at the end of each calendar month for services rendered. All invoices are payable within thirty (30) days of the date of issuance. Late payments shall accrue interest at the rate of 1.5% per month as permitted under New York State law. The Lawyer reserves the right to withdraw from representation if payment obligations are not met within the stipulated timeframe, in accordance with the terms of the engagement letter.

This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) days from the date of issue. Upon expiration, the Lawyer at Meridian & Associates Legal Group LLP reserves the right to revise the fee structure to reflect current market conditions in the United States New York City legal services industry. Acceptance of this Quotation Estimate shall be indicated by the client's written signature below and the return of a signed copy to the firm's intake office located at 350 Fifth Avenue, New York, NY 10118.
