This Quotation Estimate shall be settled in accordance with the following schedule, all payments to be made in Uzbekistan Som (UZS) via bank transfer to the firm's designated account in Tashkent:

30% advance payment (UZS 34,876,800) due within 5 business days of acceptance of this Quotation Estimate;
40% interim payment (UZS 46,502,400) due upon completion of the due diligence report and court representation phase;
30% final payment (UZS 34,876,800) due within 10 business days of delivery of all remaining deliverables and the final legal opinion.

All amounts are exclusive of third-party state fees, court filing fees, and notary charges, which shall be reimbursed at actual cost upon presentation of official receipts issued by the relevant Uzbekistan authorities in Tashkent.

This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Upon expiry, the Lawyer reserves the right to revise fees to reflect current market rates in Uzbekistan Tashkent.
The assigned Lawyer and supporting legal team shall maintain strict confidentiality in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On Legal Services" and the firm's internal ethical code.
All services shall be performed in compliance with the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan, including but not limited to the Civil Code, the Commercial Code, and applicable regulations of the Tashkent City Executive Committee.
The Client agrees to provide all necessary documentation, access, and cooperation in a timely manner. Delays attributable to the Client may result in additional billing at the hourly rate specified in this Quotation Estimate.
Any dispute arising from this engagement shall be resolved through the Tashkent City Arbitration Court in accordance with the procedural rules of Uzbekistan.
This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until countersigned by both parties and a formal Legal Services Agreement is executed.
The Lawyer shall not be liable for adverse court outcomes; fees cover professional effort, expertise, and time dedicated to the matter, not the result of judicial proceedings.
All work products, drafts, and legal opinions remain the intellectual property of the firm until full payment is received.

By signing below, the Client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate, confirms understanding of the scope, fees, and terms outlined herein, and authorizes the Lawyer and Andorov & Partners to commence the described legal services in Uzbekistan Tashkent.
