• Progress Payment: 35% ($5,460.00) due upon filing of the formal legal demand before the competent court in Venezuela Caracas.
• Final Payment: 25% ($3,900.00) due upon conclusion of the matter, settlement, or final judicial resolution, whichever occurs first.
• Hourly Charges: Any hours exceeding the estimated 20 hours of advisory consultation will be billed at $150.00 per hour, invoiced monthly.
• Payment Method: Bank transfer to the firm's account at Banco Mercantil, Venezuela Caracas branch, or wire transfer via SWIFT. Checks are not accepted.

• Bolívar & Asociados Abogados, C.A. reserves the right to withdraw from the representation with thirty (30) days' written notice, in which case fees for services rendered up to the date of withdrawal shall be due and payable.
• All communications, filings, and legal proceedings will be conducted in Spanish, the official language of the Venezuelan judicial system in Venezuela Caracas. Translations into English will be provided for the Client's reference at an additional cost.
• The Lawyer and firm maintain strict professional confidentiality in accordance with the Venezuelan Code of Ethics for Lawyers (Código de Ética del Abogado). No information pertaining to this matter shall be disclosed to third parties without the Client's written consent.
• This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a guarantee of any specific legal outcome. The Lawyer will exercise the highest degree of professional diligence, but the result of any judicial proceeding is subject to the discretion of the Venezuelan courts.
• Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the subsequent engagement shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Venezuela Caracas, in accordance with the Ley de Arbitraje vigente.
