This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, pricing may be subject to revision due to market fluctuations in Algeria.
All prices are quoted in Algerian Dinars (DZD) and are inclusive of applicable local taxes unless otherwise stated. The Euro equivalent is provided for reference only and is based on the exchange rate prevailing on the date of this quotation.
Payment terms: 40% advance payment upon contract signature, 30% upon completion of the initial collection audit and system installation, and 30% upon successful completion of the first six-month service period. All payments shall be made via bank transfer to the account of Atlas Knowledge Solutions SARL, Algiers, Algeria.
The Librarian and Assistant Librarian assigned to this project shall be employees of Atlas Knowledge Solutions SARL and shall operate under the direct supervision of the client's designated project manager at the Algeria Algiers site.
Any additional services, scope changes, or extensions beyond the parameters defined in this Quotation Estimate shall require a written amendment signed by both parties before execution.
Confidentiality: All information, documents, and data handled by the Librarian team in the course of service delivery in Algeria Algiers shall be treated as strictly confidential and shall not be disclosed to any third party without prior written consent from the client.
This quotation does not constitute a final contract. A formal service agreement shall be drafted and executed upon the client's written acceptance of this Quotation Estimate.
