- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issuance. Beyond this period, all pricing may be subject to revision due to economic conditions in Argentina Córdoba.
- The Librarian professional assigned to this engagement must hold a minimum of a Licenciatura en Bibliotecología issued by a recognized institution in Argentina, preferably the Universidad Nacional de Córdoba or Universidad Nacional de Córdoba (UNC).
- All services will be rendered at the designated library facilities within the province of Córdoba, Argentina. Travel between sites within the Córdoba metropolitan area is included in the quoted price.
- Payment terms: 30% advance upon contract signing, 40% upon completion of the digital cataloging milestone, and 30% upon final delivery and acceptance of all services.
- The client reserves the right to request a revised Quotation Estimate should the scope of Librarian services need to be modified after initial approval.
- All intellectual property generated during the engagement, including cataloging metadata and digital records, shall remain the property of the Municipalidad de Córdoba.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a final contract. A formal service agreement must be executed by both parties prior to the commencement of any Librarian activities in Argentina Córdoba.
- Force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters affecting the Córdoba region, may result in suspension of services without penalty to either party.
